We are inspired by the ideology and vision of Baba Saheb Dr. B.R.ambedkar. He stood for the liberation of Dalits, specially who are at the lowest rung of our social ladder, outcaste as per the Hindu caste system . He fought relentlessly against this perpetual Brahminical oppressive system. He vehemently denied ‘Manu smruti’..which used as religious-cultural weapon to legitimise the oppressive nature of the Hindu caste system. He fought against it, especially for those outside the caste system, untouchable and not even considered as human being. He changed his religion to Buddhism and urged the outcaste section of the society to get engaged in the struggle for liberation though ..Educate, agitate and organise. Which remains his key strategy for liberation from inhuman caste based occupation..!
